Hosokawa Takashi – Yagiri Ferry
” Oh, lead me quickly away “
” Yes, you come with me “
evening rain pouring upon the Yagiri ferry
going even against the wish of our parents
living for love are the two of us
” Oh, don’t ever forsake me “
” Never would i leave you behind “
howling north wind is blowing at the Yagiri ferry
leaving the sadly rumored Shibamata town
we entrust our fate to the boat
” Where are we heading for “
” towards the unknown “
while being rowed the oar is smothering for the Yagiri ferry
holding our breath while drawing near to each other
paddling towards the future, we’re leaving this place
